Hello all! My name is Hayley Kaye I am 23 years old, a writer, music lover, and passionate about bringing forth positive body image to all.
I started my blog following graduation from University as a way to release my many thoughts regarding creating positive body image and exposing the negative images media portrays of women. I had no idea if people who read my blog, but for those of you who have I hope my words bring you encouragement to love your body and ignore the edited images of "perfection" the media creates.
